延安医学生心理健康现状与对策研究

Study on Medical Students Psychological Health Status and Countermeasure in Yanan University

研究延安医学生的心理健康现状及其影响因素。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对延安大学385名大三医学生进行测评和分析。结果发现,医学生的强迫症状、敌对情绪、人际关系敏感等因子的得分居前3位;医学女生的心理健康状况较差;不同专业的医学生除精神病性因子得分存在显著性差异外,其它9个因子的得分无显著差异。建议学校要重视医学生的心理健康,引导医学生正确对待自身缺点、客观对待他人评价、学会合理释放压抑情绪,帮助医学生提高心理健康水平。

To analyze psychological health status and its influential factors in medical students.The Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） was used to assess the medical students psychological state.The results showed that the factors of medical students compulsion symptoms、hostility,interpersonal sensitivity were among the top three scores,the mental health of female medical students was poor.In addition to medical students of different professions psychosis factor score,there was significant difference,the other nine factor scores were no significant differences.It suggested that the school should pay attention to the mental health of medical students,guide the correct treatment of their own shortcomings,objective evaluation of treat others and learn to release repressed emotions and reasonable,to help medical students improve mental health.
