摘要
精校机检测系统应能准确检测出轴类零件的径向跳动量。文章分析了精校机检测系统中存在的严重影响检测精度的因素,如传感器性能、方向判断、零点残余电压和变送电路非线性等,通过在电路中采取精选传感器,优选激振频率,设计理想二极管电路等措施,研制出一套实用、可靠的多路位移量检测电路,并对该电路进行实验,实验结果表明检测绝对误差小于0.01mm。
The shaft axial run out must be got exactly by the precise detecting system. In this paper, some factors, such as the transducer performance, the circuit non linearity, the displacement direction decision and zero point remainder voltage, which affect the detecting precision of the shaft axial run out, have been studied. The optimization of oscillatory frequency and the design of the circuit of ideal diode have been discussed, and a utility circuit has been designed to meet the requirement of detection of the precise straightening press. Some experiments have been performed and the detecting absolute errors were below 0.01mm. The system can be applied to the precise straightening press detecting system.
