摘要
文章对冷挤压工艺中的非稳态成形过程进行分析,在考虑金属塑性成形工艺中润滑剂呈非牛顿特性的条件下,运用塑性成形理论和摩擦学原理建立了比较精确的润滑模型,并运用该模型推导出油膜压力、润滑膜厚度。
In this paper, process of unsteady forming is analyzed in cold extrusion.Considering non Newtonian property of lubricant in metal forming, a comparative refined model of lubrication is presented using plastic forming theory and principle of tribology. Equations of pressure and thickness of lubricant film and force of friction are deduced by using this model.
