港口RFID集装箱管理信息系统模糊综合评价研究

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of RFID Container Port Management Information System

从当前港口RFID集装箱管理信息系统评价的现状和问题出发,借鉴平衡记分卡法制定了适合港口集装箱管理信息系统评价的指标体系。RFID集装箱管理信息系统模糊综合评价模型是将指标体系分层,确定各指标的权重,建立模糊综合评价矩阵模型,最后得到信息系统绩效的评价结果。应用该模型对系统进行综合评价,其目的是评估出系统的合理性程度。该模型可为系统决策提供科学的依据,并能在评估过程中找到各系统要素的不足之处,为系统改进提供了有力的支持,具有较好的推广应用价值。

On the basis of status quo and problems of RFID container port management information system,the paper developed a management information system for port container evaluation index system by use of balanced scorecard method.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model divided the index system into layers to determine the weight of each index,and then established a matrix model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to get the evaluation results of information system′s performance.The purpose of the model is to evaluate the reasonableness of the system.This model has great value to popularize and put into use since it can provide scientific basis for the systematic decision-making and find out the shortcomings of the system factors in the process of evaluation to improve the system.
