Macro-prudential Regulation against the Background of Financial Crisis

国际金融危机的爆发,使全球金融体系长期存在的巨大监管漏洞得以充分暴露,"加强宏观审慎监管"日益强烈的呼声,引起了学术界和政府部门的高度关注。本文从监管工具、机构设置、政策协调等角度,介绍了宏观审慎监管的国际最新研究进展,并在反思中国监管模式的基础上,提出构建中国宏观审慎监管框架的政策建议。

Outbreak of the international financial crisis has disclosed the utter vulnerability of the global financial regulation system,and increasingly strong appeals for strengthening the macro-prudential supervision have drawn widespread attention of both academic circles and government departments.Based on combing the policy about the macro-prudential supervision,this paper summarized the recent research progress home and abroad.And on the basis of construction and feasibility-analysis of the framework of policy of macro-prudential regulation,proposes to heighten the intensity of regulation.
