摘要
本文研究了自交不结实或结实率低的小麦×小偃麦、小麦×黑麦和小黑麦×黑麦杂种F_1的幼穗、幼叶、幼茎的组织培养。从幼穗和幼叶的愈伤组织中分化出了再生苗。在实验过程中,比较了不同培养基和不同外植体的诱导和分化的差异。以MS+2mg/L 2,4-D+2.5mg/L Tordon的出愈率最高,以MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L IAA对愈伤组织的分化最为有利。从幼穗再生苗中还得到一株叶片呈白绿条纹的突变。
The young inflorescences, leaves and stems of hybrid between wheat and rye, agpyron or between triticale and rye which are sterile or low seed-set,are cultured. Shoots are regenerated from calli initiated from young inflorescence and leaf explants. In the course of experiment, the rates of callus induction among the different mediums and those of shoot differentiation among various explants are compared. There is a mutation of regenerated plants which have white stripes on its leaves.
