儿童蛛网膜囊肿伴硬膜下出血和积液 被引量：4

摘要 蛛网膜囊肿是一种脑外良性的占位性病变，约占颅内非创伤占位病变的1％，75％发现于儿童。蛛网膜囊肿50%位于中颅窝，男性发生比例稍高于女性，左侧略多于右侧，目前尚不十分清楚其起源，对它的研究很多仍处于早期阶段。
