摘要 S32/900上行自行式移动模架主要由主梁系统、吊挂外肋、横移及锁定机构、外模系统、后走行机构、后支承机构、中主支腿、前辅助支腿、吊杆、起吊小车、吊挂走道及5t电葫芦、电气液压系统及辅助设施等部分组成。移动模架制梁施工不受地形限制,不需要大型吊车配合,占用桥下空间小,安全快速,24 m和32 m的简支梁均适用,对低矮桥墩具有很强的适应性,且施工首跨和末跨更方便(不需拆除主梁),能满足过高压线等障碍物的净空要求。主梁系统短距离转场方便,拆除外模系统可直接通过隧道。采用此支法制梁安全快速,取得了可观的经济和社会效益。 S32/900 uplink self-traveling movable formwork main girder systems, hanging from the ribs, shifting and locking mechanism, external formwork system, walked after supporting institutions do agencies, the main branch, legs, former assistant teams leg, the boom, hookon car, hangs aisle and 5-ton electric hoist, electric hydraulic system and the auxiliary facilities components. Movable formwork system construction not by topography limit beam, dont need large crane cooperate, occupy space is little, safely and quickly under the 24m and 32m, applies to low beam, pier has strong adaptability and construction at the end of the first cross and across more convenient ( not need dismantled, can satisfy the girder) obstacles such as ever the headroom requirement, high - voltage. Convenient, also girder system short demolished external formwork system can directly through the tunnel. Using this a legal beam safety fast, gained considerable economic and social benefits.
