以史为鉴看乳头再造

摘要 较完美的乳头形态在乳房整体形态美中占重要地位,正因为如此,乳头再造虽然属于较小的手术,但是对于乳癌切除术后乳房外观的重塑却具有重要意义.临床上许多女性将乳头再造的效果看作是乳房形态好坏的决定性因素,在实际病例中乳头-乳晕再造通常是乳房再造的＂收官之战＂＂点晴之笔＂.至今报道的再造方法已有数十种之多,其中的一些方法已随着时间的检验而逐渐被废用,而另一些方法经过改进被广泛采用.追溯历史,在回顾与思考的同时,可以更多的感知整形与再造外科中组织移植的真谛.
