用于头颈部肿瘤前哨淋巴结检测的^(99m)Tc胶体的径粒和容量
摘要
头颈部恶性肿瘤治疗的重点在于肿瘤原发灶和淋巴结区域性转移的控制,准确地了解颈部淋巴结区域转移有利于肿瘤分期和治疗以及对预后的判断。前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node,SLN）活检能够较好地解决对区域淋巴结群状况评估的问题，
