摘要
电火花表面强化技术是通过火花放电的作用,把作为电极的导电材料熔渗进金属工件的表层,形成合金化的表面强化层,使工件的物理化学和机械性能得到改善.主要介绍电火花表面强化技术的原理及发展概况,阐述了它作为一种表面处理工艺在模具、刀具和机器零件的强化和修复方面的优越性.
This article mainly introduces the principle and the development of Spark hardening techniqueas well as its eminent advantages over other modification processes in the hardening and reparationof dies, cutting tools and machine components.
