摘要
在空气绝热指数测定仪选型设计中,提出了对其设计应用性能影响较大的诸因素:设定压力值对测定值K 的影响;毛细现象修正值Δh 对测定值偏离理论值K0 的影响;推动压差计水柱位移功耗对气筒容积V2 的极限容积的要求;乳胶管在气筒内压力作用下对气筒极限容积V2 的要求;装置接头泄漏量与气筒容积 V2 选型的关系- 笔者对因素的权重进行了分析。
In the design and application of air adiabatic index instrument,The performance of the instrument is directly or indirectly impacted by the follewing factors,the capillary phenomenon correction Δ h and the set pressure′s effects on the measurement value K ,and the power loss of displacing pressure gauge water and the emulsion tube pressed by internal pressure and the equipment connection seepage′s effects on the limit volume V 2 of the gas tube,and so on.After weighing all these affections,this paper further produces a model selection method,applicable to classroom and laboratory demonstrations.
