摘要
按间歇法工作的流化床水煤气炉是一种新的汽化技术,它是我国自行发明的专利技术,已经历多年的工业运行- 本文详细阐述了该炉的工艺过程,指出其与固定床水煤气汽化炉相比的三个特点:①整个床层温度均匀,温度变化亦均匀- ②炉出口温度较高,利于煤气中的焦油、酚类裂解- ③自动连续的加煤方式- 该炉使用非粘性煤和粘结性煤长期连续工业运行的结果表明,可使用各种粉煤,特别是贫煤、烟煤、褐煤,生产中热值煤气- 煤气中CO 含量低于20 % ,不含焦油和酚类,可用作我国中小城市的民用煤气和中小化肥厂的原料气。
The fluidized bed water gas furnace operating intermittently a new kind of technological gasification,and a patent technology developed independently in China.It has operated in industry for years.The paper elaborates on the technological processes and features,sums up its three advantages as compared with fixed bed water gas furnace,as follows:①Temperature of all beds is even,and changes evenly.②Temperature of the furnace exit is higher, advantageous to tar and phenol splitting in the gas.③Coal feeding is self continuous.With non caking coal and caking coal as fuels for the furnace for a longtime,the industrial operation results show that many kinds of fine coal can be used such as poor coal,bituminite,lignite and so on.It produces gas with middle calorific value.CO content in the gas is less than 20%.During the production there is no phenol or tar.It may serve as fuel for civil uses in small and medium sized cities and as the raw material for small and medium sized chemical plants.It is the suitable substitute for the fixed bed water gas furnace.
