计算机集成制造系统中的计算机辅助工业造型设计

CAID in the Computer Integrative Manufacture System

阐述了先进制造技术在我国的发展现状及趋势，分析计算机集成制造系统的构成－ 在此基础上，通过分析现有的计算机辅助工业造型设计技术，突破“孤岛型”的软件设计思想，提出适应现代制造业要求的ＣＡＩＤ 系统构建概念－ 新的计算机辅助工业造型设计系统试图提供一种贯穿于从市场需求分析到广告、销售的工业设计各个阶段的辅助工具，能够无缝地融入ＣＩＭＳ 系统，该系统主要包括市场信息系统、造型设计系统、人机工程分析系统、形式美分析系统等－ 造型设计部门可以此为依托，在企业内部集成环境下，参与产品整个生命周期，更有效地进行工作－ 本文还以服装制造业为例。

The actualities and current of advanced manufacture technology is elucidated in this thesis ,and the structure of Computer Integrative Manufacture System is analysed.Based on the thinking that the present CAID system remains an “isolated island”, the author brings forth a new concept of CAID to fit modern manufacturers.The rebuilt CAID system can infuse perfectly into CIMS and permeate through all the stages of industrial design from analysis of market needs to advertising and marketing .It mainly consists of market information system, modeling design system,ergonomics analysis system,formatic beauty analysis system and etc. The design department can take part in the whole life cycle of a product and coordinate more effectively with the other departments under this integrated system. Taking fashion industry as an example,it also looks ahead to the far reaching applications of computer in industry.
