基于经济增长的武汉市低碳产业用地结构研究

摘要 通过武汉市1996—2009年的经济、土地、能源数据,分析基于经济快速稳定发展的前提下如何实现产业用地的低碳利用。采用单位产值占地率的计算和灰色关联分析,结果表明,三次产业各年份的单位产值占地率依次为第一产业>第二产业>第三产业;能源消耗碳排放量与第二产业的用地面积关联度最高,与第三产业关联度次之,与第一产业关联度最小。因此,武汉市需要保证第一产业的面积,大力发展第三产业,促进第二产业往第三产业的转型。 With economic, land, and energy data from 1996 to 2009, this paper analyzes the way to achieve industrial low-carbon use based on rapid and stable economic development in Wuhan City using the methods of calculating per GDP's land use area (LG) and grey relational analysis. According to the calculation results of the LG of these years, the LG order of the three industries is: Primary Industry 〉 Secondary Industry 〉 Tertiary Industry. As to the relationship between carbon emission by energy consumption and the land use area of each industry, the Secondary Industry comes first, and the Tertiary Industry is closer than the Primary Industry. The conclusion is that Wuhan City should ensure Primary Industry's land use; develop the Tertiary Industry and promote the translation of the Secondary Industry into the Tertiary Industry.
