摘要
如何更好地进行地质资料信息管理与社会化服务已成为业界讨论的焦点。详细分析了美国的地质资料信息管理与服务模式,包括地质资料信息保存和管理机构,地质资料信息管理流程与获取方式,地质资料信息管理系统及公共服务平台,地质资料信息保密管理,以及地质资料信息公众服务模式五个方面,并提出借鉴美国成熟的管理和社会化服务模式进一步完善我国地质资料信息管理,积极拓展社会化服务相关建议。
How to improve geological material information management and socialized service has become the focus of the discussions. This paper analyzes the modes and features of American geological information management and social service, including administration of geological information preservation and management, management processes and acquisition modes of geological information, management system and public service platform of geological information, confidential management and public service mode of geological information, and puts forward suggestions to further perfect our geological information and actively develop socialized service by using American mature management and social service for reference.
