The Study of Enterprises Cooperation Innovation Pattern Based on Stakeholders Behavior

针对企业间合作创新模式选择受企业规模与技术需求类型影响的现实。在综合考虑合作创新中的利益相关者及其行为的基础上,基于二维构面的思想,采取技术需求类型和规模2个分量,探讨并提出了"中小企业软技术"模式,"中小企业硬技术"模式,"大企业软技术"模式,"大企业硬技术"模式4种企业合作创新模式。企业通过全面实施创新型的战略合作,既加速了各利益相关者优势创新资源的集聚,又提升了企业自主创新能力和核心竞争力,同时也提升了各利益相关者自主创新和服务社会的能力,进而促进社会效益和经济效益的和谐发展。

Enterprises scale and technology demand type can impact on the selection of enterprises cooperation innovation pattern. Takeing technology demand type and scale as two indictors, this paper puts forward and discusses four enterprises cooperation innovation patterns based on stakeholders behavior and two dimension idea： ＂medium and small enterprises soft technology＂ pattern, ＂medium and small enterprises hard technology＂ pattern, ＂large enterprises soft technology＂ pattern,and ＂large enterprises hard technology＂ pattern. Through carrying out innovative strategic cooperation, enterprises not only advance the concentration of innovation resources of various stakeholders, but also promote the independent innovation capability and core competitiveness, and promote the independent innovation capability and society serving capability. All of these can promote harmonious development of social benefits and economic benefits.
