摘要 近几年,大学生就业难的问题日益凸显,主要原因是高等教育与市场需求严重脱节。针对这一问题,我们进行了相关的调查与分析,并在数控电火花线切割实践教学中进行了一系列教学改革实践,尝试将高等学校实践教学与企业生产实际联系起来,培养企业需要的人才。目前已经取得了非常好的效果。 In recent years, the problem of unemployment of college students is becoming more and more serious because of the deviation of high education from the market demand. In view of this problem, many relevant illvestigation and analysis have been conducted. A series of teaching reforms of the practice teaching of numerical control wire electronic discharge machine have been carried out to make the practice teaching of college closely connect to the practical situation of enterprises, and to cultivate talents needed by enterprises. Up to the present, very good results have been obtained.
