摘要 针对现代实验室化学试剂管理动态化、实时化的需求,运用信息化手段,利用计算机技术,编制实验室化学试剂管理信息系统,从而解决了实验室化学试剂科学管控的难题。此系统选用VisualStudio.Net作为开发工具,采用C/S结构和模块化设计方法,且各功能模块依据试剂管理的整个流程进行设计,包含了试剂管理的全过程,面向对象,操作简便,功能完善。实践证明:通过开发应用实验室化学试剂管理信息系统,可以实现试剂的全过程动态管理,提高工作效率,确保安全管控,节约试剂,并实时掌握需求变化,为领导决策和供应部门保障提供依据。 In view of the demand for dynamic and real-time management of the laboratory chemical reagent, information and computer technology are utilized to establish a laboratory chemical reagent management information system,in order to solve the difficult problem of scientific chemical reagent management. Based on the software platform of Visual Studio. Net,the C/S structure and modularity design method are adopted, and each function modular is designed according to the whole process of chemical reagent management. Moreover, the new system framework is objective oriented, and has the characteristics of simple operation and perfect function. Practice shows that the development and application of the laboratory chemical reagent management information system realized overall dynamic management, improved work efficiency, ensured safety management and saved chemical reagent. Furthermore, the command of real-time demand change was realized, providing evidence for decision making and scientific supply of reagent.
