摘要
建立了用正己烷萃取,气相色谱—电子捕获(GC—ECD)测定水体中有机氯农药痕量残留的方法。结果表明:六氯苯、α-HCH、β-HCH、γ-HCH、δ-HCH、p,p′-DDD、p,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDT、艾氏剂、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂、七氯、环氧七氯、o,p′-DDT 14种农药在14 min内有较好的分离;2个不同浓度的标准添加,其回收率为72.0%~121.0%,方法检出限为1.19~4.87 ng/L,各组份相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为1.34%~3.14%;采用该方法从赤水河中段10个监测点采集样品进行检测,14种有机氯农药只有少部分指标有检出,但含量水平均较低。
In this paper, a method was established that with hexane extraction gas chromatography- electron capture (GC - ECD) to determine organocb.lorine pesticides residues in water. The result showed that HCB, α- HCH, β- HCH, γ- HCH, δ- HCH, p, p' - DDD, p, p' - DDE, p, p- DDT, aldrin, dieldrin , endrin, heptachlor, heptachlor epoxide, o, p' - DDT those 14 kinds of pesticides were good separated within 14min, the recoveries of two different concentrations standard addition was from 72.0% to 121.0 %, the range of the detection limit was from 1.19 to 4.87 ng/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 8) was 1.34% to 3.14%. The samples were detected from 10 monitoring points where in the middle of the Chishui River, only a small part out of 14 organochlorine pesticide were detected with concentration level very low.
