火焰原子吸收法测定水中铁、锰含量的不确定度评定 被引量:1

摘要 从样品消解、分析、计算全过程对火焰原子吸收法测定水中铁、锰进行分析,根据JJF 1059-1999对其测量不确定度进行评定。结果表明,测定水中铁的不确定度主要来源于消解过程、标准溶液及配制、重复测定样品;测定水中锰的不确定度主要来源于消解过程、工作曲线拟合、标准溶液及配制。水中铁、锰含量的结果可分别表示为:(2.58±0.15)mg/L(k=2,约95%置信概率)、(1.99±0.15)mg/L(k=2,约95%置信概率)。 The whole process of the determination of iron and manganese in water by FAAS was discussed,including sample digestion,determination and calculation.The uncertainty of the determination was evaluated according to JJF 1059-1999.The results showed that samples digestion,the preparation of standard solution and the repetitive analysis of samples were the main sources of determination uncertainty to iron.And samples digestion,the linear regression equation for the calibration curve and the preparation of standard solution were main sources of determination uncertainty of manganese.The results of determination were expressed as iron(2.58±0.15) mg/L(k=2) and manganese(1.99±0.15) mg/L(k=2).
