移居汉族与平原汉族胎盘组织基因表达谱的差异 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究移居汉族与平原汉族的胎盘组织的基因表达谱变化。方法采用基因芯片,筛选出移居汉族与平原汉族的胎盘差异表达基因。结果表达差异以≥1.5或≤0.67为标准时,移居汉族与平原汉族相比,Itga5基因(integrinalpha 5)的表达下调。结论移居汉族与平原汉族相比,胎盘组织的Itga5基因的表达降低,可能是高原产后出血发生率较高的重要原因。 Objective To explore the changes of the placenta gene expression of the immigrated Han women and the Han ones in plain areas.Methods The placentas of the immigrated Han women and the Han ones in the plain areas were screened by the gene chip.Results When the standard of expression difference was ≥1.5 or ≤0.67,the integrin alpha 5(Itga 5)gene expression of the immigrated Han women was down-regulated,compared with that of the Han ones in the plain areas.Conclusion Compared with the Han women in the plain areas,the Itga 5 gene expression of the immigrated Han ones decreased,which may be the most important cause for the high incidence of postpartum hemorrhage at high altitude.
