The effect of physical-fitness training of different intensities on the physique of preschool children

摘要 目的:了解不同强度体质训练对儿童体质发育的影响。方法:随机抽取4所幼儿园,其中3所进行不同强度的体质训练,作为干预组,另1所作为对照组。2008年参加体质测定的儿童作为基线组。对训练后的干预组、对照组、基线组儿童体质测定结果进行比较。结果:不同训练强度儿童体质均有显著差异,训练效果与训练强度成正比。结论:体质训练能促进儿童体质发育。 Objective : To learn about the effect of physical - fitness training of different intensities on the physical development of children. Methods : We choose four kindergartens at random and make three of them as experiment groups to carry out physical - fit- ness training of different intensities while the other as control group. The children who have taken part in the physical - fitness measurement in 2008 are grouped as the baseline. We also make comparisons among the physical - fitness measurement results of the three groups after the training. Results: There are big differences among the children who have taken different intensities of training, so we can say the training effect is in direct ratio with the training intensity. Conclusions: The physical - fitness training can promote the physical development of the children.
