摘要
提出了处理镍电镀污泥的多级沉淀法并在实验室规模得到了证实。该法包括污泥酸浸,利用多种沉淀方法净化硫酸盐浸出液,使得共同存在于镍电镀污泥中的杂质如铁、锌、铜、铬、镉、铝、铅、锰、钙、镁被脱除,在最后一级沉淀中镍以氢氧化物的形式从净化溶液中分离出来。所有沉淀方法的条件都在标准溶液和工业溶液中进行了研究。得出的结果已用于处理化学废料排弃场的镍电镀污泥样品,镍最终沉淀物达到的纯度足以在冶金工业上直接再利用。
A multi stage precipitation method of processing nickel waste galvanic sludges was proposed and verified on a laboratory scale. This method involves acid leaching of sludges, the purification of sulphate leach liquors using a combination of precipitation processes which enable removal of impurities such as iron,zinc,copper,chromium,cadmium,aluminium,lead,manganese,calcium and magnesium commonly occurring in nickel waste galvanic sludges. Finally,nickel is separated as hydroxide from purified solutions in the last precipitation stage. The conditions of all precipitation processes performed were studied both on model and industrial solutions. The results obained were applied on processing of samples of nickel galvanic sludges from chemical waste disposal areas. The reached purity of the final nickel precipitate is sufficient for its direct utilisation in the metallurgical industry.
