固态氧化物熔盐电解的研究进展

摘要 本文介绍了熔盐电解固态氧化物技术在稀有难熔金属制备方面的应用,结合Ti的制备分析了FFC法的发展、工艺特点以及所面临的问题,重点阐述了导电性对FFC法生产的影响。以太阳能级硅(SOG-Si)的制备和多孔膜有效应用为例介绍了熔盐电解固态氧化物技术应用的最新研究进展。综合熔盐电解固态氧化物技术的研究现状,提出室温离子液体中电脱氧制备金属及合金,是实现冶金过程绿色生产的新方法,电解固态氧化物技术的应用有着很好的工业化前景,但要实现大规模工业生产仍然面临着诸多问题。 The technology of electrochemical reduction of oxides in molten salt was simply reviewed, which was widely used in the preparation of rare refractory metals. Combined with the preparation of Ti, the development, characteristics and faced problems of the FFC process were analyzed and attention is paid mainly to the effection of conductivity. The preparation of SOG-Si and the effective application of porous membrane were taken as the examples to illustrate the latest research progress of electrochemical reduction of oxides in molten salt. After analyzing the research status, we proposed that preparation of metals and alloys by eleetro-deoxidation in ionic liquids is a new-green way of metallurgy processes, and the application of electrochemical reduction of oxides technology has a great potential for industrialization, but still faces many problems to re- alize large-scale industrial production.
