摘要
通过对某一机械厂的环境风险分析,确定液氧储罐泄漏继而引发爆炸为最大可信事故,通过对液氧储罐泄漏的发生概率、泄漏量,TNT当量系数法计算得其爆炸伤害范围和其风险可接受性。
Through the environmental risks analysis of a mechanical plant to determine the liquid oxygen storage tank leak causing an explosion as the maximum credible accident. Using TNT equivalent coefficient method, explosive damage scope and the risk acceptability is calculated.
