摘要
根据酒钢中板轧机AGC伺服阀的故障现象,从AGC伺服阀控制原理、工作状况逐一进行故障分析,查找伺服阀故障的原因,提出故障处理的方法和预防措施。
On the basis of the phenomena of AGC servo valve~ malfunetion for the plate mill, the paper provides control theory of AGC servo valve and work status .to analysis the malfunction by step, gives reasons and some maintenance measures for servo valve＇s malfunction.
