摘要
依据大量历史文献和实地访谈调查资料,阐述了哈萨克族实行的一项特殊亲属制度——"还子习俗",其具体规则为部分哈萨克人在结婚后将所生育的一个孩子送给自己的父母抚养,祖父母把他(她)作为自己的亲生儿女,其关系由祖孙(女)变成了父子(女),称谓也相应发生变化。哈萨克族"还子习俗"是在特定的历史背景、社会生产、生活方式等共同作用下所产生的一种生存表达。
Based on historical documents and the field interview investigates survey materials, the article illustrates a special relative system, implements in specific crowd-Kazakh＇s ＂customs of adopting child＂, its specific rule is that parts of the Kazakh people give their first child to their parents, and grandparents see the child （grandchild） as their own, thus the relationship between the generations turns into father and son, so is the appellation .The writer passes a rightness, returns the study of sub-custom present condition, which explains an important social function prevalent among Kazakh people ＂family endowment＂ tradition and combines on the foundation of investigating the research to put forward a little bit own lately understanding.
