微颗粒水平在2型糖尿病血管病变中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】分析糖尿病患者微颗粒水平,探讨其在糖尿病血管病变中的表达及意义。【方法】采用流式细胞仪检测126例糖尿病患者和95名健康的血浆微颗粒水平并进行比较。【结果】糖尿病组血小板微颗粒和组织因子阳性微颗粒水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),糖尿病组内皮细胞微颗粒水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),合并有血管病变组微颗粒水平高于单纯糖尿病组(P〈0.05)。【结论】内皮细胞功能异常是糖尿病患者,尤其是糖尿病合并血管病变内皮细胞微颗粒升高的原因;内皮细胞微颗粒水平可以用来评价糖尿病患者血管内皮细胞功能状态和进展指标。 [Objective] To analyze the level of mieroparticles in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to explore its expression and significance in type 2 diabetes angiopathy. [Methods] Plasma level of microparticles in 126 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 95 controls was measured by flow cytometry. The level of mieropartides was compared between two groups. [Results] There was no significant difference in the level of platelet microparticles and tissue factor-positive mieroparticles between diabetic group and control group( P 〉 0.05). The level of endothelial mieropartieles in diabetic group was higher than that in the control group( P 〈0.05). The level of mieropartieles in the group of diabetic angiopathy was higher than that in simple diabetic group( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Endothelial dysfunction may contribute to the increased level of endothelial microparticles in diabetic patients, especially in diabetic patients with angiopathy. Endothelial mieroparticles can be used to evaluate the status of endothelial function and the development of type 2 diabetes angiopathy.
