基于AHP的文化产业竞争力评价模型研究——借鉴钻石模型理论和可持续发展思想

A Study on the Evaluation Model of the Cultural Industry Competitiveness Based on AHP——By Borrowing Diamond Model Theory and Sustainable Development Thinking

文化产业已成为社会进步和经济增长的重要引擎,而发展文化产业的核心问题是提高文化产业竞争力。但文化产业竞争力至今仍未形成一个统一认可的评价模型。为了解决这个问题,首先,借鉴"钻石模型"理论和当今时兴的"可持续发展"思想,建立文化产业竞争力评价指标体系。该指标体系包括三级层次结构,有6个二级指标和35个三级指标;其次,运用层次分析法计算确定文化产业竞争力指标权重,设计出基于AHP的文化产业竞争力评价模型;最后,分析该模型的使用范围和应用方法。

Cultural industry has become an important engine for social development and economic growth, and the core issue of developing cultural industry is to improve its competitiveness. However, a unified evaluation model of cultural industry competitiveness has not been formed yet. To solve the problem, ＂diamond model＂ theory and the prevalent ＂ sustainable development＂ thinking should be borrowed first to establish an evaluation index system of the competitiveness of cultural industry. The index system includes three levels with six secondary indexes and 35 third level indicators. Besides, an evaluation model on cultural industry competitiveness should be designed based AHP by calculating the weights of the indicators. Finally, the paper analyzes the application scope and the application methods of the model.
