对医药物流配送柔性化运作中存在的问题及成因进行分析后,重点从延迟分货式配货、动态配置分拣配货硬件资源、提高人力资源柔性及扩展增值服务等方面探讨了解决对策。对我国医药物流配送企业的柔性提升起到一定指导作用。

The paper first analyzes the problems of flexible operation in the medicine distribution center and the causes. Then it focuses on finding the solutions by batch picking postponement, dynamic scheduling of the hardare resources for sorting, improvement of human resource flexibility and provision of value-added services.
