摘要
针对轮胎物流的存储系统特点,将动态密集存储立库和自动拣选出库相结合,创新研发轮胎储分一体库,解决了分拣出库的瓶颈,提高了轮胎存储物流的自动化程度;利用订单网格化聚类方法,进一步优化轮胎储分一体库的运行效率,以推动轮胎储分一体库在行业中的推广应用。
In view of the characteristics of the tire logistics and storage system, the paper proposes to combine the dynamic compact multi-layered storage system with the automated picking and loading system to develop an integrated tire warehousing and picking system which can break the bottlenecks in the sorting, picking and loading processes of the current system and improve the level of automation of the entire logistics process. Then it uses the network clustering method to treat the orders to further increase the operational efficiency of the developed system.
