Constructing the Enterprise-level Railway Container Information Platform

从信息化建设角度提出了建设信息高度共享与集成的铁路集装箱企业级信息平台,该信息平台建立在铁路集装箱运输支撑体系和营销服务支撑体系之上,业务范围覆盖总公司、各级分公司和各中心站、专办站、代办站三个层次,功能包含不同层次的多个业务系统,研究归纳了平台的基本定义、总体建设目标,讨论了平台中各组成部分的功能要求和运营管理模式,并阐述了该信息平台与既有TMIS和DMIS系统的内在关系等问题。

The paper proposes to build the enterprise-level railway container information platform that can enable high level information sharing and integration and argues that the platform can be built upon the railway container transportation supporting system and the marketing service supporting system; the scope of its business is structured on the three layers of headerquarters, subsidiaries ＆ branches of all levels and the various central, specific-purpose and representative stations; and its function contains a number of business subsystems. The paper summarizes the basic definition and general objective of the platform, studies the functional requirements and operational management modes of the platform components and the inner relationship between this platform and the existing TMIS and DMIS systems.
