摘要
阐述了培养与开发高级航运人才对我国的重要性,以及我国在培养与开发高级航运人才中存在的问题,并从高校、企业、政府三方面提出加强我国高级航运人才培养与开发的具体措施。
The paper points out the importance of the training and development of senior shipping talents for China and the problems encountered in its implementation and proposes specific measures from the perspectives of university, enterprise and government for its improvement and reinforcement.
