银杏叶提取物对大鼠血管性痴呆的干预作用 被引量:2

The effects of intervention with Ginkgo Biloba extract on rats with vascular dementia

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物对血管性痴呆的干预作用。方法将96只大鼠随机分为模型组、干预组、假手术组和正常组。再根据造模后断头取脑时间将每组24只大鼠随机分为3小组,即7、14和21d组。用跳台实验和穿梭厢实验检测大鼠行为,并用HE染色检查大鼠海马的缺血程度。结果跳台实验和穿梭厢实验中,VaD模型组大鼠的电击次数、电击时间、潜伏期及主动逃避时间与干预组、假手术组及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组、假手术组与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在跳台实验中,干预组、假手术组与对照组大鼠前后两次跳台实验的电击次数和潜伏期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组大鼠的前后两次跳台实验的电击次数和潜伏期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物能保护血管性痴呆大鼠海马组织,改善其智能,可能具有预防脑卒中患者发展成为血管性痴呆的作用。 Objective To explore the effects of intervention with Ginkgo biloba extract on vascular dementia in rats.Methods Ninety-six rats were randomly divided into a model group,an intervention group,a sham surgery group,and a normal group.Twenty-four of the rats were randomly divided into 3 subgroups,i.e.days 7,14,and 21,based on the time when the brain was removed after the model.Rat behavior was assessed with the jumping platform test and the shuttle-box test,and ischemic lesions in the hippocampus were assessed with HE staining.Results Test results(electric shock,dormant period,and active avoidance time) in both the jumping platform test and the shuttle-box test differed significantly(P0.05) for the model group,intervention group,sham surgery group,and control group of rats,but the test results did not differ significantly(P0.05) for the intervention group,the sham surgery group,and the control rats.In the jumping platform test,parameters both before and after the test(electric shock and dormant period) differed significantly(P0.05) for the intervention group,sham surgery group,and control group,but parameters for the model group did not differ significantly(P0.05) before and after the jumping platform test.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract significantly protected the hippocampus of rats with vascular dementia and improved their intelligence,so Ginkgo biloba extract may prevent vascular dementia from developing in stroke patients.
