Effects of salt concentration,temperature,and incubation time on the hatching of eggs of Schistosoma japonicum

摘要 目的研究盐浓度、温度、孵化时间对日本血吸虫虫卵孵化的影响。方法分别采用浓度为0、0.5、1.2、2g/100ml的氯化钠溶液并分别在4、16、26、37℃条件下对日本血吸虫虫卵进行孵化,且在适宜温度下,观察日内、日间孵化的变异系数;分别在20min、1h、2h、4h、8h、12h观察各组孵化情况。结果氯化钠浓度在1.2g/100ml以下可孵化出40~154个毛蚴,温度在26℃孵出264个毛蚴,随着标本放置时间的延长,孵出毛蚴数由225个减少至198个。结论无盐、26℃、孵化2h是粪便血吸虫虫卵孵化的适宜条件。 Objective To study the effects of the salt concentration,temperature,and incubation time on the hatching of eggs of Schistosoma japonicum.Methods Sodium chloride solutions at concentrations of 0,0.5,1.2,and 2 g/100 ml were used along with temperatures of 4 ℃,16 ℃,26 ℃,and 37 ℃ to hatch eggs of S.japonicum.The coefficient of variation in daytime hatching and intraday variation in hatching were determined during incubation at an appropriate temperature;hatching was observed at 20 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h,and 12 h.Results A sodium chloride concentration of 1.2 g/100 ml or less allowed 40-154 miracidia to hatch;264 miracidia hatched at a temperature at 26 ℃.When the specimen was left to stand for a longer period,the number of miracidia that hatched decreased from 225 to 198.ConclusionNo salt,a temperature of 26 ℃,and incubation for 2 hours were suitable conditions for the hatching of schistosome eggs in feces.
