Trichinella spiralis larvae were collected and specimens were prepared by fixation with a solution of formaldehyde,alcohol,and acetic acid and fast green staining.This method is a simple and fast way to prepare specimens.The specimens had clearly visible structures with muted colors and were readily observed.
