上消化道恶性黑色素瘤1例报道

Malignant melanoma of upper gastrointestinal tract:one case report

原发性食管合并十二指肠球部恶性黑色素瘤临床较为罕见,为探讨其病理特征、临床诊断及治疗而避免误诊误治,报道1例上消化道恶性黑色素瘤。上消化道黑色素瘤恶性程度高,预后不良,治疗以根治手术切除为主,辅以放疗。

Primary malignant melanoma at esophagus and duodenal bulb is infrequent in clinic. We reported a case of upper digestive tract malignant melanoma for discussing its pathological features, elinical diagnosis and treatment to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Histological grade of upper digeslive tract malignant melanoma is higher with worse prognosis. Radical surgery is the best choice for treatment with adjuvant radiation therapy.
