应变-血压指数评价妊娠期高血压患者胫前动脉弹性的初步探讨

Preliminary study on elasticity of anterior tibial artery in the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension through strainblood pressure index

目的:探讨应用应变-血压指数(strain-blood pressure index,SBPI)评价妊娠期高血压病患者胫前动脉弹性的可行性及临床价值。方法:妊娠期高血压组42例,子痫前期组37例,同期正常妊娠女性50例作为对照组。全部应用应变和应变率成像(Xstrain)对胫前动脉进行检查,获得胫前动脉的最大圆周应变,同时测量被检者胫前动脉血压,计算胫前动脉的SBPI,SBPI=最大圆周应变/〔(局部收缩压-局部舒张压)/局部舒张压〕×100%。结果:妊娠期高血压组和子痫前期组胫前动脉的SBPI明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期组胫前动脉的SBPI明显低于妊娠期高血压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SBPI可以作为评价妊娠期高血压病患者胫前动脉弹性的新指标,此项指标具有一定的临床价值。

Objective：To investigate the feasibility and the clinical value of strain-blood pressure index（SBPI） in assessing the elasticity of anterior tibial artery in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods：42 gestational hypertension and 37 pre-eclampsia patients were enrolled in our study as gestational hypertension group and pre-eclampsia group respectively.50 normal pregnancies were supplied as control group in the same period.Maximum of circumferential strain（CSmax） of anterior tibial artery were acquired through strain and strain rate imaging（Xstrain）.Local blood pressure,which included local systolic blood pressure（LSBP） and local diastolic blood pressure（LDBP） of anterior tibial artery,were measured at the same time.SBPI was calculated,SBPI=CSmax/（（LSBP-LDBP） /LDBP）×100%.Results：SBPI of anterior tibial artery had significant differences among these three groups（P 0.05）,i.e.,control groupgestational hypertension grouppre-eclampsia group.Conclusion：SBPI might be a new index that could evaluate the elasticity of anterior tibial artery in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.The clinical value of the parameter was very important.
