多种微创方法重叠治疗颈椎间盘脱垂的临床研究

Clinical research of overlapping treatment of a variety of minimally invasive methods on cervical disc prolapse

目的:观察多种微创方法重叠治疗颈椎间盘脱垂的优势及不良反应。方法:第一步:经皮穿刺靶椎间盘造影,观察对比剂分布情况,然后注入注射用胶原酶1ml;第二步:经皮髓核摘除,钳夹髓核尽可能充分。第三步:超氧治疗,采用等压下饱和式循环氧化。结果:56例患者重叠治疗,一次治疗优良率达92.3%。结论:多种微创方法重叠治疗颈间盘脱垂,提高了一次治疗的成功率。扩大了各种微创方法单独应用的适应证范围。

Objective：To observe the benefits and adverse effects of the overlapping treatment with variety of minimally invasive methods on cervical disc prolapse.Methods：Firstly,percutaneous target discography was performed to observe the distribution of the contrast agent,and then 1 ml collagenase was injected.Secondly,percutaneous discectomy was taken and the nucleus was clamped as fully as possible.Thirdly,ozone therapy was carried out through the method of saturated cyclic oxidation with equal pressure.Results：Fifty-six patients received the overlapping treatment,with the excellent rate of 92.3% of first treatment.Conclusion：The overlapping treatment with a variety of minimally invasive methods of cervical disc prolapse improves the success rate of first treatment and enlarges the indication range of the variety of minimally invasive methods used respectively.
