摘要
电火花线切割机在加工过程中断丝、短路现象不可避免,若发生后未得到及时处理,会造成工时的大量浪费,影响加工效率;作者在对断丝、短路现象的物理特性分析基础上,提出了一种基于GSM模块的远程故障自动报警方案,在操作人员离机后,能及时收到短路和断丝的信息;设计了基于单片机的自动检测电路,编写了相应的软件程序;实验表明,该方案很好地完成了断丝、短路现象的报警,实现了线切割机床在无人值守情况的自动加工。
The phenomena of broken wire and short circuit are inevitable during the machining process for WEDM machine tool. Under these situations, if no responsive measures are taken, plenty of working time will be wasted and working efficiency will be influenced. Ac- cording to analysis on the physical characteristics of the broken wire and short circuit, a remote monitoring system based on GSM module for WEDM machine tool is designed. When the phenomena of broken wire and short circuit occur, the remote monitoring system will inform the operators by short message in real time. The automatic detection system based on single--chip microcomputer and corresponding software are designed. Experiment results prove that the remote monitoring system can perform effective alarm function for the phenomena of broken wire and short circuit which realize the unattended automatic machining of WEDM machine tool.
