摘要 随着网络的应用,为了实现远程实验、实训,基于力控组态软件和网络开发了"乙苯脱氢/均四氧化远程实验教学系统",该系统的网络架构采用B/S模式;系统由实时操作模块、学生远程实验模块和仿真模块组成;实时操作模块包含教师操作站操作界面和远程操作界面;学生远程实验模块采用常见工业装置的DCS操作界面,辅以动画,使实验人员在操作站上操作如同操作工业装置;系统可以实现远程实验时教师和学生交互及学生练习;经过反复调试使用,效果良好。 The "remote experiment teaching system of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation or durene oxidation" based on force control soft-ware and internet is developed. The system takes the B/S pattern, and consists of real--time operation module, students' remote experiment module and simulation module. The real--time operation module is composed of teachers' operation interface and remote operation interface. The students' remote experiment module adopts the DCS interface used in common industrial equipment, and with the help of animations, the experimental personnel operating the equipment at the operation station may feel like operating the real equipment. The system implements the interaction between teachers and students during the remote experiments, and students can also practice on it. The repeating testing and practicing showed that the system achieved good effect.
