摘要 文章在Microsoft Visual Studio.NET环境下,利用ASP.NET Web开发技术,研发实现了"内蒙古黄河凌汛3G无线传输及实景监测系统"中心端管理平台。用户通过Web方式登录该平台后,不仅可以实时浏览内蒙古所有黄河凌汛3G无线实景监测站点实景画面,还可以对多个黄河3G监测站点进行实景画面回放、查询、对比。从该平台一年多的业务应用效果来看,平台已在内蒙古黄河凌汛监测与预警预报服务中发挥了非常重要的作用。 Based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET environment,using ASP.NET Web technology,this paper designs and realizes the central management platform for "the live-action system of the Yellow River ice flood based on 3G".Users can not only browse the images of all Yellow River ice flood by 3G in real-time,but also can playback,inquire and contrast the images of Yellow River ice flood in different site through this platform.Since it has been used for more than one year,this platform has been playing an important role in monitoring and warning the situation of the Inner Mongolia Yellow River ice flood.
