海洋琼胶降解细菌的筛选及HQM9琼胶酶研究 被引量:3

SCREENING OF AGAROLYTIC BACTERIA AND THE ENZYMETIC STUDY OF THE STRAIN HQM9

摘要 对红藻门江蓠和石花菜的共附生的琼胶降解细菌进行了系统的分离,共筛选得到琼胶降解细菌25株,选择其中有代表性的15株进行了分子鉴定,鉴定结果表明这些细菌主要分布在Agarivorans,Cellulophaga,Alteromonas,Saccharophagus,Glaciecola,Vibrio六个属中,另外初步判定JL1为潜在的新属新种,HQM9为黄杆菌科潜在的的新种。对细菌HQM9的粗酶液的活性和性质进行了初步的研究和分析,发现其琼胶酶酶活较高、性质稳定、组分复杂。 Through a systematic screening for agarolytic bacteria from Gracilaria and Gelidium,25 strains with the agarolytic activity,among which 15 isolates been selected for molecular identification and biodiversity analysis.The result of the identification shows that they can be mainly classified as members of genera Agarivorans,Cellulophaga,Alteromonas,Saccharophagus,Glaciecola,Vibrio.Furthermore,the strain JL1 is identified to be potential of a new genera or new speciesand the strain HQM9 and new species of Flavobacteriaceae.A preliminary research and analysis for agarase activity and properties of strain HQM9 has been conducted,which shows that the enzymatic activity of agarase is high and stable and the components of agaras is complicated.
