摘要
研究利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱技术检测淡水产品中的微囊藻毒素MC-LR和MC-RR。样品经80%甲醇水溶液提取后,以固相萃取小柱进行净化,氮吹浓缩后以高效液相色谱进行分析。以65%甲醇水溶液(含0.05%三氟乙酸)为流动相,经C18反相色谱柱分离,以紫外检测器进行定量分析。线性定量范围0.1~2.0μg/g,检出限0.1μg/g。此方法操作简便、定性定量能力较强,可作为淡水产品质量检测和食品安全风险评估的可靠检测方法。
Microcystins LR and RR in fresh water products are determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The samples are extracted with 80 % aqueous solution of methanol,and purified by solid phase extraction,and then concentrated through N2 blowing.The mobile phase is 65 % aqueous solution of methanol(containing 0.05 % trifluoroacetic acid),chromatographic separation is performed on a C18 reverse column,and the analyte is determined by ultraviolet detector.The linear determination range is 0.1~2.0 μg/g,and the detection limit is found to be around 0.1 μg/g.The method is easy to operate,and suitable for the fresh water products detection and food safety risk assessment.
