摘要
采用行为事件访谈及问卷调查的方法对长庆油田采油一厂具有代表性岗位的职工进行了胜任力素质分析,在此基础上,构建了石油企业基层员工胜任力素质模型,并剖析了石油企业基层员工胜任力现状,由此提出了提高石油企业基层员工胜任力的建议。
By means of behavior events interview(BEI) and questionnaires,the competences of staffs at the typical positions of the First Oil Production Factory of Changqing Oilfield Company are analyzed.Based on this,the model of staff competence at grass-root units of oil enterprises has been built up,followed by the analysis of present state about the staff competence at grass-root units in oil companies.At last,some suggestions to improve their staff competence are proposed.
