摘要
对藏山羊HIF-1α和VEGF进行克隆测序及序列比对分析,从分子水平上研究藏山羊与其他物种的差异以及HIF-1α和VEGF对低氧环境的适应性调控.结果表明:藏山羊HIF-1α基因为2489bp,共编码802个氨基酸,与藏羚羊同源性最高(98.51%);VEGF基因为441bp和573bp,分别编码165和189个氨基酸,VEGF165与绵羊同源性最高(99.3%),VEGF189与藏羚羊同源性最高(99.09%).
The objective of this study is to identify the difference of HIF-1α and VEGF genes between Tibetan goat and other genus,and to reveal these two genes on adaptation regulation to low oxygen environment.The HIF-1α and VEGF coding sequences are obtained by cloning and the structure of sequences are analyzed by bioinformatics methods.The result shows that Tibetan goat HIF-1α contains 2489bp,which encodes 802 amino acids and exhibits the greatest homology to that of Pantholops hodgsonii(98.51%);VEGF contains 441bp and 573bp,which respectively encodes 165 amino acids and 189 amino acids,VEGF165 is 99.3% similar to the homologous gene of Ovis aries and VEGF189 is 99.09% similar to the homologous gene of Pantholops hodgsonii.
