摘要
采用三维电极系统处理钻井废水,考查了废水浓度、电流密度、电解时间、电导率、pH值对废水CODCr降解率的影响,实验结果表明,三维电极法处理钻井废水效果显著;增大电流密度、增大溶液电导率和延长电解时间能使CODCr去除率提高;在一定范围内,CODCr去除率随废水初始浓度增加而有所增大,当CODCr初始浓度为1300mg/L时CODCr去除率最大,最佳pH值为9.
In this paper,drilling wastewater is treated by three-dimension-electrodes method.The effect of removal of CODcr is discussed by changing various factors.The results show the effect of three-dimension-electrodes method in drilling wastewater disposal.The removal rate of CODcr is improved when current density,electric conductivity and reaction time are added.The removal rate of CODcr is improved when the initial CODcr of drilling wastewater is added,and the optimal initial CODcr of drilling wastewater is 1300mg/L.The optimal control pH is 9.0.
