摘要
大多数的人力资源的评估以定性为主,本文探讨定性和定量对人力资源进行评估,利用模糊数学构造人力资源模糊综合评判模型,并用实例来验证了评估模型,使评估更加准确性与合理性,对以后的评估工作有章可循,增加了管理工作的科学性.
The main evaluation of human resources is qualitative analysis.This paper discusses qualitative and quantitative assessment of human resources,and establishes a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate performance of human resources management.At the same time,this paper demonstrates the process of evaluation with an example.The result of evaluation makes the assessment more scientific and rational,increasing the accuracy of the evaluation.
