农村环境保护的思考——《环境保护法》修改的关注点之一

Reflection on protection of rural environment——one of concerns in amendment of Environmental Protection Law

随着工业化和城市化的推进,农村环境日渐恶化,造成此种现状的重要原因之一是中国缺乏对农村环境保护的严密的法律体系。分析《环境保护法》在农村环境保护中的诸多不足,并提出相应的修改对策,以切实发挥该环境基本法在农村环境保护中的指导作用,使中国新农村建设走上生态文明之路。

With the promotion of industrialization and urbanization,rural environment becomes worse and worse.One of the most important reasons is that China is short of thorough law system to protect rural environment.This paper analyzed the defects of Environmental Protection Law on the protection of rural environment,and put forward the relevant amendment methods,in order to make this basic environmental law play a role in guiding the protection of rural environment,and let new country building step on the way of ecological civilization.
